My name is Alexa Moormeier, i'm 19 years old and a sophomore at Biola University! I'm a Political Science and History major and I absolutely love to read!!! My taste in books is a little all over the place but my top genre would definitely be fantasy. Does it have magic? vampires? witches? fairies? count me in. I am also a big fan of horror books. More specifically, Stephen King, but I have found a couple other horror authors I love. Another element that is really important to me is romance of some sort. TO be honest...if a (fiction) book doesn't have a compelling romance aspect....it's gonna be hard for me to read. Other than my LOVE for fantasy and horror, I also read a good amount of nonfiction, current event books and young adult novels. I hope to offer a variety of genres while also staying true to the genres I love!

 

I have wanted to do something like this for a long time but have never felt like a good enough writer to actually do it. Possibly out of boredom, I just recently decided to use this as an opportunity to improve and grow instead of waiting until I was a "good enough" writer to start one. I hope that you enjoy the reviews that I give and are inspired to read like your sixth grade self reading Percy Jackson in a week.

 

I might not be the best writer in the world, but I know a good book when I read it!
